  It showed the same thing for me also, but when I put the item in my cart and entered the code I got 40% off no matter what the item cost.

  Hi there! I see that as well, however it also works for 40% off any regular priced item as you apply it to your cart. Hope this helps!

   LOL how is it an additional 40% off regular price? If it’s regular price then you are just getting 40% off so where does the additional come in?
