I absolutely love mine and have had it for 2 or 3 years (I can’t remember).
Sweet! Thanks for sharing Megan! Glad to hear how well yours has held up!
I bought mine 3 years ago and hate it! Just replaced it with the ninja coffee bar. There are only 4 pods you can buy for it and they are expensive and now need to be bought online. I used to be able to buy a Best Buy or bed bath beyond with discount but those deals have been harder to find.
Oh bummer! Sorry to hear you did not care for it Christina! Thanks for sharing your experience!
How much was you coffee bar?
I don’t remember. I bought it Black Friday at Kohl’s and got Kohl’s cash back so it was a big discount.
I have had mine close to two years and I have mixed feelings. The pods are expensive but also delicious. There are ONLY three pod flavors and they are hard to find in stores. I LOVE the milk frother and use it daily even if I don’t make my coffee in this machine. I hate the way you have to take the pods out of the machine, and find it annoying to keep clean. It does make a nice cup of coffee.
Thanks so much for your review Rachel!
This machine only takes Rivo pods, they are now available nearly everywhere but this machine is limited to those pods only and there’s only maybe 5 or 6 options. I had one b and ended up selling it and getting a regular Keurig so I could have more options in pods.
Thanks for the feedback on the pods for this one Billie! Good to know!
I have one and absolutely love it!! Yes it does suck to have to buy the pods online but it makes coffee house quality coffee! I love to mix a little flavored creamer in with the milk to make flavored lattes.
Yum! Awesome to hear what great coffee it makes Kelly! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
If you are looking for a nice espresso machine, I have owned the Saeco Aroma for 4 years now, and it is still going strong! You can get these machines refurbed for around 300.00, which is a bit more up front, but you save SO much because all you need is fresh ground coffee and cold milk. No wasteful pods to purchase, and a reliably great espresso or latte every day. Between my husband and I, it’s more like 5/day!
I have one, love the coffee and milk frother. It has broken twice in 3 years and both times Keurig replaced it for free. There are not a lot of selection for pods (4) and they cost $14.99 for 18 pods at Bed Bath and Beyond. My BBB let’s me use a $5 off $15 on each box. THE BIGGEST THING YOU NEED TO KNOW – the machine has been discontinued. I contacted Keurig and they said they will be making the pods for another 3 years. So after three years you may no longer be able to use this machine.
Sara, thanks for the info! I have had mine for two years now without any major problems but it’s great to know that this is now discontinued. BTW, I do exactly the same and buy my pods at BBB with $5 off $15 coupons. Otherwise they are delicious but some expensive pods!
This is great to know! I bought a Keurig that *only* takes Keurig brand cups and it has also been discontinued. There’s a hack but You lose the ease. It’s going back.
I have had mine for 3 years now and use it every morning to make a latte using Torani sugar free syrups for flavoring. I love the lattes and miss them when we travel. Creamer in regular coffee is not the same. The pods are expensive, but I order them online when they offer discounts and usually order about 4 times a year.
If it ever dies I may consider trying the Ninja coffee bar as it may offer more versatility,
Thanks for sharing Suzy! Good to know you have been making some great coffee with this system!
