  I own several Toms and I’ve always been told to order a half size down from my usual because they can stretch. So all my women’s are size 5.5 (normally I’m a 6) all my kids size nike sneakers are a size 4 so I tend to order a 3.5 in kid toms.

  I always go up bc my big toe likes to pop up when I walk so it wears that part of the shoe if too snug.

   I wear a 4.5 in kids and I wear a 6, 6.5. Also if you order kids they ship free.
