I have the regular Fitbit charge and it’s been pretty good but after a year it won’t keep charge and isn’t as accurate. My husband has a blaze and LOVES it. Even sleeps in it 🙂
I just got my husband one for our anniversary and he LOVES it! The app is very easy use. He is a data junkie so he LOVES all the information it gives him. It can be as detailed as you would like. It keep tracks of his steps, heart rate, sleep cycles, workouts and calories for the day. For example, you enter what your goal for steps should be and it can remind you that you have xx amount of steps to walk this hour to make the goal for the day. Very easy to use and graphs are really easy to read. It can even vibrate when you have a text or call. Hope that helps!
If your Fitbit does not keep a charge anymore you can email customer service and they will help you. I’ve been sent a brand new replacement, so has my husband, and so has a friend. They stand behind their product. Great company!

My experience was totally different with their customer service. My Fitbit stopped charging and even started falling apart after a year of use. I called customer service and was told they could only fix or replace up to a year. I had my receipt, box, everything… I would’ve been happy with the fixing it, i would’ve even paid for a repair. Now, I just have a useless Fitbit sitting in my drawer.
I have FIVE OF THEM!!!! The company does replace within the 1 year warranty. After that forget it. I literally had 5 go bad for various reasons. But I still love the thing!!!! Have a charge and want the charge 2 despite the problems!
Agree on the awesome customer service. I’ve had a few issues with my band either breaking or the rubber bubbling up. If you’re under the year warranty, they replace the whole Fitbit for free. I’ve had to do it twice now, super fast and great customer service!
I didn’t have such good luck. My fell off somewhere between the docs office and getting home and I’ve only had it since prob last May or June. I guess the band came unsnapped as I had the Alta. They said they would offer me 25% off to buy a new one. So I’d def recommend getting something with the secure latch if you get one.
Love the Fitbit Charge HR2. I’ve had the original flex, charge Hr and now this. I love it so much!!! Would definitely recommend. I was wanting the blaze but it seems to big fir my small wrists. Love the company too! Great customer service!

I bought the Fitbit charge 2 before the holidays – it was $109 on Amazon. The other day I was in my local Modells and all fitbits were up to 50% off.. if I had waited it would have been $75 for the same one!
I got my Charge 2 for $112 shipped from bed bath and beyond, just by using the 20% off coupons I always get 🙂
