I’m not a BK fan but for $1 iced mocha coffees….well, I’ve gone every day this week! Surprisingly good. Especially for one-fourth of what my Sbux latte costs.
The “new” iced coffee at Burger King is disgusting. It tastes like it is flavored with that Torino syrup with has a chemical taste.
I like the BK Joe iced coffee. I’m not a fan of overly sweet coffee and it has just the right amount of sweetness. At 99 cents you can’t beat it. While I love my coldbrew from Starbucks I’m taking advantage of the cheaper deal while it is going on to save money due to my addiction. McDonald’s iced coffee isn’t anywhere near as good as BK or Starbucks. The hot coffee to me is pretty good though.
I ordered an iced coffee at BK. I ordered large since the offer was for “any” size, but I was informed that there was only one size..lol. I was handed a small cup of iced coffee that was way too sweet, and I like sweet. The cup was full of ice so I only got like 3 sips. IMO..not worth 99 cents. I do love McDonalds coffee so that’s a deal. Thanks 🙂

They do only have one size for iced coffee. It’s the 12oz or 14oz size.

I second this! I get their dark roast iced coffee, finally an iced coffee that doesn’t taste watered down! Their new vanilla cupcake flavoring is yummy too! And I’ve had an offer for a while now on their app for any size for 99¢, expires 29th. Can’t beat that!
No vanilla cupcake in north jersey but that does sound yummy! I usually do toasted almond & French vanilla in my iced coffee.
McDonald’s coffee is way better than Burger King. Don’t forget to use the McDonald’s app to earn a free coffee too.

Thanks, I used to go to Dunkin Donuts when they had a $0.99 any size special for the last 5 years in Chicago market from 3 – 6pm; however, they stopped that last year. Often I’d miss the afternoon and go buy a large coffee for $2.50 (then later $2.91, after taxes).
I’ve never liked DD coffee without a flavor shot as it tastes too chemical. Once I saw McD’s was running a $0.99 special on med. coffees, I started going and buying two to make up the difference.
I”m not sure why they pulled the $0.99 deal in the afternoons, it’s dead that time of day. And now I’m not even forgetting to get it and buying in the mornings anymore. I was a regular for a few years then stopped going once they jacked the price from $2.5 to $2.91. I don’t need coffee to wake up, I just like having it with my breakfast. Without a cheap enough price point, I’ll just make sweet iced tea and never leave the house! 🙂
Burger King iced coffee is better than McDonald’s but they only have one small size at Burger King while you can get a large at McDonald’s. so I’d say they are tied
