   Got this printer from another deal posted here,… it’s an amazing printer for photos, and I figured why they are always selling the cannon paper so cheap, they want you to print a lot of pictures to buy more ink. The Cannon ink seems to be around $70. Does anyone have any input on knock-off ink, I’ve never tried it. Love this printer, would highly recommend it just be cautious of how much you print.

  I stepped down to an hp wireless from canon pixma just for cheaper ink. No regrets!

  I have used the target generic for my pixma printer and while it’s not a ton cheaper every dollar counts(I don’t print photos)

   I don’t know what problems SJ has with this printer but I purchased it from the previous deal and so far it works perfectly. My husband set up wireless and cloud printing and it’s super convenient for printing coupons, which is exactly why I purchased, so I cannot comment on printing photos. I purchased off brand ink on Amazon and am really pleased so far. Great deal, thanks Hip2Save!
