stretch a cheap stretchy midi skirt over the cart and baby goes in the waist hole and secure a few toys with clips. cheap and easy. skirt also works over restaurant high chairs. and as a carseat canopy. oh, and i’ve used it as a poncho nursing cover — great 360 degree coverage. i got a clearance skirt at walmart for $5 in a cute pattern. no one knows the difference.
