You’re very welcome Karen!
How many times can you use the coupon?
Only 1 time

I clipped the digital coupon and entered my rewards number when I checked out but it didn’t work. They had to manually adjust price which I appreciated. But what did I do wrong with the digital coupon?
Nothing you did wrong. This has happened to multiple times and they had to adjust manually as well. Love the idea of the app just wish it would work!
Are you sure you had it clipped? I had an issue with some digital offers a few wks ago, then when I pulled up the the app, they weren’t clipped at all, even though I coulda sworn I selected them! Called CS and they were nice to add the missed coupons as BR points.
So you can only buy 1 Bottle and use the coupon or you can buy several bottles at the same time and only use the coupon 1 time x the number of bottles you purchased?
Hi there! The coupon will only apply one time to one SoftSoap Body Wash. Hope this helps!
Got this and the free toothpaste! Thanks!
Mine ended up being $1.27 because of tax. What is would be like to not have tax lol ;)! Still a good deal.
Thanks Collin
