They do! Last year I scored some T shirt for $1.09 something!

Those seasonal BPA cups go up to 90% off. They have differ styles avail every holiday. I usually buy for gifting.
Yes! The problem is people buy at 50 rather than waiting!
I buy select things at 50% or 70%. then when it hits 90%, I take it back, and return and rebuy. Varies by store but one of my local stores allows it especially when I go late at night before closing!
I was at Walmart lots of good stuff including chocolate. Didn’t buy any tho trying to be healthy. Sooo hard!
I bought a bag of valentines m&ms at Walmart for $1.44 and there was a $1 off Ibotta rebate making it only 44¢.
I got Star Wars sticker books and various kids flash cards for $0.50 each. I’m putting together my March kids party favors. There’s some cute tin lunch boxes @ 50% off but I’m holding out for a deeper discount on those. Ha!
Target had such neat things. I got some heart lights that are too cute!!! Some of these items can be used for other things besides Valentine’s Day.
I got heart shaped food bowls for 50 cents today as well as candy for 1 and baking stuff(frosting,cups, sprinkles for 75cents to 2 dollers at walmart. Target shopping tomorrow
