   Insignia 2.6 quart rice cooker is back on sale for $9.99, I purchased it the last time it was posted and it works great! I would highly recommend buying this. Perfect rice each and every time!

  I have a similar rice cooker (I think it was from Kohl’s). It works fairly well but has a couple of issues. The bottom of the rice gets a little crispy and gunky steam comes out of the hole in the lid. Does this Insignia version do the same?

  Priscila, I have an Aroma model. I always cook only 1 or 2 of the cups that comes with it and the rice also turns out exactly ike you described. I still like mine though. 🙂

  I have used the Insignia rice cooker several times and it works great….rice does not stick to the bottom. Just ordered one for a friend and will be picking it up on Friday.
