I try an use this as much as possible rather than cash. It’s great when you are in the store & access the app to get a card at a discount on top of it. I don’t use it for target because of the red card but have also used it when ordering online even through ebates and with coupons. I haven’t had any problems with any of the gift cards yet. I used it to buy a dishwasher at Home Depot for Xmas – combined with a 10% off coupon. Great way to save more.

Just FYI… I purchased a $60 card for a gift and when the recipient went to use it, it was only for $50. I never would have known if they didn’t mention it to me. I contacted Raise and they did issue a refund for the difference, however it was only for the discounted amount not the full $10. This is the first time I’ve had a problem with the balances on discounted gift cards, that I know of.

Oh bummer 🙁 Sorry to hear about that! Thanks so much for sharing your experience! Glad they were able to give you a refund.

I bought a gift card and received the discount but still not sent me an email for some reason.

Hmm, have you checked your junk and spam folders of your email? If so, maybe try contacting them. Hope this helps!
