How do I get my digital coupons applied to my checklist order?
When you pick up your order, any digital coupons you have clipped will be applied. Bring paper coupons with you as well, they will apply them to your order then too!
Do I need to go inside to use print coupons? Is it time consuming to use print? Thank you for your help.
I’ve heard that they can scan them at your car. I haven’t tried it yet but think I might with just a few coupons to see how it all works.
all you have to do in order to receive digital coupons on to your clicklist order is to just download the Kroger app and log in and make sure that the account you are using online is the same account that the same Kroger card is registered to it. Simply just download the coupons to your Kroger card. When you do so the coupons should automatically apply to your order unless there was a sub made for the order. In that case you would notify the person bringing out your order, show them the coupon and they should remove the coupon for you manually.
๐ Pick up isn’t available in any stores around me ( although I can choose a kroger that is far out )
my store doesn’t have it either ๐
When I put in my zip code it tells me the closest available store is in Alabama… I live in Kansas! ๐ bummer, this is an awesome deal!!
When I put my zip in (Washington State) I get only stores in Texas! LOL! I mean velveeta is expensive, but maybe not worth that drive!
Yep, put in Northern Nevada and I got Texas! Haha.
I live in Great Bend, and it tells me that there is one in town I can pick it up at.
I was wrong, my closes is one 372 miles away, in Texas.
I love ClickList! Just put my order in. Thanks for the heads up!
You’re welcome! ๐
Just placed my order.
Thank you
YW!
I’m nervous about trying this, because the coupon is only applied when you pick up your order. What if they have some error with their coupons and they want payment when I pick up the items?
I love Clicklist! I don’t use it all the time, but it’s nice every other week or so when I don’t want to take all the kiddos in the store. No issues w using oodles of coupons, either. Not a fan of Velveeta, but yay for free chips & chiles! ๐
Good to know how much you have enjoyed using Clicklist! Thanks for sharing your experience!
So I have to put my debit/credit card though? It is asking me for payment?
Did anyone else have to put down their credit/debit info?
The Kroger stores nearest me don’t have this service yet, but I have used Meijer’s pick up service. Yes, you have to put in payment info, but (with Meijer) it doesn’t charge until you pick up and when you swipe your card at that time. you have to input payment info so they know what you’re a legit person and that they’re not doing all the work of “shopping” for someone who doesn’t actually plan to pick it up. HTH
Can you just add the free items to your cart without any purchase?
Ok, I have a $221 Kroger order ready. Question(s), do I tip? I have 18 print coupons. How do I use those? Do I need to go into the store? Thank you for any and all help
I’ve used clicklist often and love it. They do take print coupons. You don’t even get out of your car. You pull up to the designated spot and call the posted phone number. They scan your coupons and explain any substitutions. You go over the receipt and if everything looks good they scan your card right there. If you have any discrepancies they are good about making it right. Deducting digital coupons, honoring sale prices, etc.
Have you ever had an issue with substitution? I wrote instructions to substitute any 2.00 cereal if the ones I chose is oos. I want to get the free milk with a purchase of 4 cereal. Do the workers just grab anything or do they put thought behind what they choose?
The only issue I’ve had is that situation. Where you have to buy so many of something to get something free. They made it right when i pointed it out (it was 2 days before xmas, they were super busy). In that situation( i know at my store at least) they would give you a higher priced cereal for the 2 dollars and take the milk off. If they don’t catch it just point it out and they will make it right. If you overlook something you can always take the receipt into customer service and they will take care of it.
I asked the lady about tipping and she said they are not allowed to accept tips; however, she did ask me to take the survey about her customer service and you will receive 50 fuel points for doing so. ๐
My local Krogers don’t have Check List available yet but it is a great tool for looking up prices when you make your grocery list. I moved from NC to GA last year and left behind Harris Teeter and Lowe’s Foods that have had online shopping for years. I’ve really missed being able to look up prices before I go to the store.
Silly question, but has anyone picked this up yet? I can’t seem to find the dig coup for the trio. Anyone know if this is a promotion where discount is upon pickup, or should I be finding an actual digital coupon to clip? Thanks!!
You should be seeing the actual digital coupon. Clip it & it will say applied to your card in an orange box, or atleast mine did.
Hopped on here to say I did my ClickList pick up today at noon. Was a Great experience! Pulled in, called the number on the sign, gave my name & a wonderfully nice woman brought out the order. My coupon for the above deal came off, I just owed for the couple other things I added. Phyllis used her tablet to access the transaction, swiped my card, I signed & it was all good & easy ๐ I did ask about paper coupons & she said when you call to say you are there tell them you have paper coupons & they will come out to get them, take in & ring up your items & then bring it all out. She was super happy about her job and this service –asked me to spread the word that this store has it so they get to keep the program. I told her I knew I couldn’t tip her but would give her a terrific review on the survey, to which she smiled even bigger.
Hope others have the great experience and smiles I did!
Go to the place in the post where she lists the steps to place your order. Use the link where it says “here” in step 1. It will take you to the coupon to clip. Then it should be in My Coupons on the digital coupon page.
Super easy transaction. I was afraid the coupon wasn’t going to work for whatever paranoid reasons I have. But all I did was pull up and they brought me out the bag saying it’s free because of the coupon. Worked well!
When I follow the link to upload the coupon, it does not work. I am afraid it won’t work because I have not uploaded anything.
Does it work anyway
Thank you so much I had no clue a service like this existed and free chips and queso as an added bonus! ๐
Sweet! You’re welcome Katherine!
I went to the clicklist site and forgot why I was there. I bought up some groceries and checked out without selecting my freebies! It was sooo easy. But I went back to the site and placed a second order for the freebies…lol. Now I have two different pickup times shucks..
