Ive never ordered from this company. After I read the companies responses to customer reviews & questions I know I never will give them my business. The companies responses were rude and immature.
I have called CS a couple times in the past week and have no complaints.

I’ve ordered a few times in the past couple of years. I had 2 major issues shipping box damaged and torn in missing products and another the pods the color palettes come (color themselves) some were cracked ect. Anyhow they sent out a brand new FULL order including non damaged items AND refunded me for the damaged items. That type of service is why they continue to get my business.
