I got to old navy about 20 min after store opening in Scottsdale AZ & they only had a small rack of the $2 tops. Maybe 25 total shirts & most where XS or XL.
I bought 6 today. I got to my store early and there was only one rack, but I was able to get the sizes and colors I wanted. They’re really cute!
