I had a strange experience with this. I ordered three Thursday morning at 9am. I received an email at 11am that they had been picked up. I called customer service and was told they would refund the money. The store rep called back 30 minutes later saying it had my signed name on the receipt. I let the store rep know that I work downtown Atlanta and would not be able to get there in that amount of time, plus I work into the afternoon. I could tell she didn’t believe me. She said I would receive an email with the refund. I called back later that afternoon after not receiving the email and she said a ticket is being submitted because the refund wouldn’t go through. I am planning on calling and speaking with a supervisor Monday if it isn’t resolved. My guess is that it was a store rep who would have access to the names or someone who tried to pick up their order with the same last name and picked up their order and mine.
