I’ve never bought Tide, too expensive. New to couponing, is it really a great deal? Trying to see if I should stock-up?
It’s usually $19 at my local store. So yes this is a great deal, half off.
I personally don’t think this is a great deal to stock up. Starting Sunday cvs will have tide on sale as part of their Pand G promo, spend $30 and get $10 back. I can usually get tide 50 oz. bottles for around $2, sometimes less when stacking store coupons. But if you do purchase in store look for the $2 coupons at the front near entrance.
Correction: CVS Pand G deal is spend $20 and get back $5 next week.
My personal price point for purchasing Tide regular scent is anything less than 10 cents per ounce. I don’t buy the “fancier” types of Tide (like Tide with Downy, Tide with Fabreeze, etc)., because they cost more. So I bought 4 bottles of this deal (one for me, one for my mom, one for my sister, and one extra, hahahah).

Anyone know the difference between HE detergent and regular? Can I use HE in a regular washer?
Yes, you can use the he in a regular washer.
Does it still leave clothes smelling nice or is HE less fragrant?
Its the same scent, but with an HE washer you use less detergent per load. An HE washer uses less water and doesn’t produce the amount of suds like a regular machine.

Does anyone know how long you have to pick up your items? We r on spring break and I was thinking of ordering online but won’t be able to pick up till Saturday. I know some store give you a few day window for pick up.

At least a couple of weeks. I’ve had stuff held for me for at least 15 days. They will notify you via email that your items will be held until XX date. Once, I had my in-store pickup order canceled before the stated date. I used a 10% off coupon on my order. I spoke to the store manager, and he let me purchase the same items (and then some additional items) on the spot for 10% off.

My order says they will hold it at the customer service desk till April 29th. It didn’t say anything about needing to be picked up today.

My store honored my transaction because my order too went through but they tried to cancel it later as they ran out of stock. It’s worth at least trying to call and seeing what the manager says they can do for you.

Does anybody know where you enter the $5 off $50 purchase code that you’re sent? It says it’s invalid when I enter it into the Promo code field and it won’t let me enter it into the credit card field either.
I just called my order in over the phone and they took the $5 off manually – online it says I can’t place the order for pick-up either but when I called she said they had plenty in stock. She also said if you pay for it they will hold them for however long you need but she said the usual time frame is 2 weeks. I got 6 of them – it ended up being $9.77 each with taxes. Yay thank you for helping add to my growing detergent stock-pile! 😀

My local Wal-mart was able to price match for only one. I went to Walmart.com and used their live chat service and the rep. made the adjustment.

So I ordered 4 online this morning and within 10 minutes I received a call from the store telling me that they were cancelling my order because they were out of stock (it showed 18 in stock when I ordered). I called them back, asked to speak to the manager and he was very nice and gave me another Tide product at the same price (150 fl oz, not HE for 9.98), however I had to go and pick them up within 30 minutes. I was also able to order 10 at a Home Depot further away for my mom, those 10 I didn’t have a problem with and even called the store to verify the order and verify that we could pick them up on Saturday.
There is a $2 tide coupon in P&G
I placed an order online this morning before the store opened, they had 94 in stock, just received my cancellation email. Looks like it was first come, first serve in-store only. It took over 6 hours to receive a confirmation email then shortly afterwards a cancellation notice.
