I bought these a few weeks ago and the cords stopped working. Contacted the company and they said they would send me a new set and they never did.

I added these to the cart and applied the coupon but it didn’t take anything off. It just said coupon applied.
How odd, as it applies and lists the discount for me. Are you by chance on a mobile device? Sometimes that can cause issues. If not, be sure to check in a different browser. It is working for me in Chrome. Hope this helps!
I also ordered these a little while ago and had to throw half of them out already because they stopped working…I wouldn’t recommend these at all.
