I did! A while back, they had an outdoor ice skating rink on clearance for $19.99 or so. It was online, but when I found one in store, it was still regularly priced at $49.99. My son really wanted it so I took it to customer service & told her. She looked it up & apparently there was a cartwheel that also applied (I did not know about it).I ended up paying $14.99!
