Hi ladies! The free sold me on effective and quick workouts to do from my house when my second girl was born and I had two under two. Over a year later, I still love them and run monthly virtual boot camps! We typically have a group of 70ish women who share recipes, meal plans, accountability, support and celebrate with giveaways! Here is an honest review from someone who is not a beach body coach. I really like having access to all of the beach body programs. I did 21 day fix and lost 14 lbs. I did it twice to loose all that weight. 8 the first round and 6 the next. You have to do the eating program with it which you can find everything you ever wanted to know about 21 day fix on pinterest. Some people like shakeology but it is super expensive and I found a low carb protein bar that was cheaper and taste great. They are the quest brand and I usually get them from Amazon. You can also sign up to get a beach body coach but the only thing I would keep in mind is that they make money off selling you beach body products. I lost all of my weight and did not spend 160 a month on protein shakes. That’s a pair of coach shoes people. I did feel a little pressured because I did not want to buy the shakes. Overall it has changed the way I eat and I feel better and feel way more confident. I love that instead of buying another 70 program that I may not like I can try one out before I go onto my next challenge. I hope this helps anyone who was thinking about trying it out. BTW I am 41 and was still able to pull of a decent amount of weight in 2 months.

It says here that this is a free 30 day trial. But when you click it says 14. Why isn’t your company supporting their claims?
look at the date it was posted April 13 2017 it is almost a year ago so most likely expired.
