Absolutely love my powerblocks but not heavy enough for the hubby so ordered these for him! Those using the powerblocks, what do you use to set them on. I’ve heard that carpet is not a good option to change the weights, and I really don’t want to spend $70 on a stand. Any cheap ikea or walmart options strong enough to hold them (I’m only buying the smaller 24 lb set)?
Typically I would NOT spend that kind of $ on the PB stand however, I knew my back would appreciate the investment. 😉
Agree with Sherry. Definitely worth it to get the stand. I just use the compact stand made by PowerBlock and it seems to Stu the job. Hubby thinks he’s going to make a stand for his so we will see if that gets done.
