   I just wanted to share something. I love listening to audiobooks. I listen to/from work every day, while cooking, doing dishes, or sometimes when sewing. I tried out the free 2 months of Audible and was hooked. I don’t have time to read so I when I do want to read something, I don’t usually think of the public library first.There’s a free app called Overdrive. Through that app, you can check out e-books and audiobooks from your public library (if the participate. I’m in Portland, OR). There may be other apps that libraries use but I’d say it’s worth a look. You only get them for 14 days at a time and sometimes there’s a wait list but it’s so worth it to listen for free. I thought I’d share with all you other money saving lovers.

  Different libraries on Overdrive let you check out books for different amounts of time. The Navy General Library system that I usually use lets you check out books for up to 30 days at a time.
