I have this straightener and absolutely love it. I have been using it almost daily for over two months with no problem. I brush my hair before I start and have no issues with snagging. I have extremely thick frizzy uncontrollable long hair and I can straighten all of my hair in less than 10 minutes. It gets all the frizz out without making my hair super flat. It’s straight but still has body. If you want completely flat hair this isn’t for you but if you are looking to get rid of frizz quickly this is perfect.
