More Kohl's

If you shop at Kohl’s as much as I do, you likely know that there are lots of fantastic ways to save BIG! With that said, check out these money-saving tips to help you get the most bang for your buck both in-store AND online

1.) Sign Up for FREE Yes2You Rewards Program

Love rewards? Be sure to sign up for Yes2You Rewards (it’s FREE!) as you’ll essentially receive 5% back on every order of $100. Plus, you’ll get eight guaranteed savings offers every year plus a special birthday gift, opportunities to earn bonus points and so much more – with even some surprises for you along the way! Keep in mind that Yes2You Rewards are issued once a month.

2.) Download the Kohl’s App for Free Shipping & More

Be sure to download the FREE Kohl’s App as there are lots of handy features available! You can store your Kohl’s Cash & Yes2You Rewards in the virtual Wallet, save coupons within the app AND use the handy barcode scanner in store mode to check prices instead of lugging items to the price checker.

Plus, connect to the Kohl’s Guest WiFi in-store as you may receive special offers while shopping! AND, if you choose to shop via the Kohl’s App while you’re in-store, you’ll score FREE shipping too!

AND you will get 10 Yes2You Rewards points just for downloading the app! In the app, you’ll also get 10 points for liking Kohl’s on Facebook, following them on Pinterest, following them on Instagram, following them on Twitter, subscribing to their YouTube channel AND following them on Google+.

3.) Watch for Mailer Coupons

Kohl’s mails out different coupons to customers throughout the year but not every customer will receive the same coupon at the same time. On occasion and usually during the holidays, you may receive a $5 off $5 purchase mailer coupon (or other denomination) that can make for FREE items!

Additionally, Kohl’s often mails out coupons to non-Kohl’s cardholders in areas where a new store will be opening or has been recently remodeled. Keep in mind that the Kohl’s marketing process begins 3 to 4 months before an event begins, with the mailer themselves printed 2 months in advance and then held at the post office until the delivery date so there’s no real method to who gets them.

4.) Shop on the 2nd & 4th Saturday of the Month

Kohl’s offers its biggest markdowns on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month during their “Night Owl” and “Early Bird” events when prices are an extra 10-25% off. These rock bottom sales start in-stores on Friday evenings from 3PM local time until midnight and continue on Saturday from open until 1PM. Or shop online from 2PM-Midnight on Friday evening until 3PM CST on Saturday.

Hip Tip – Certain products are never eligible for promotional discounts or coupons, so you won’t be able to apply additional discounts or coupons if you buy these brands. However, you can earn and redeem Kohl’s Cash and Yes2You Rewards. See the excluded brands here.

5.) Look for In-Store Coupons & Promotions

Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for various coupons or promotions throughout the store! During a previous promotion, you could find $10 off any Bliss Skincare purchase coupons possibly on the Bliss display OR whenever you asked a store associate for the coupon – no purchase required.

Another popular promotion is when Kohl’s offers up an extra $10 off each pair of Rock & Republic Jeans online OR with an in-store coupon whenever the sale is available (usually it’s valid on up to EIGHT pairs of jeans)! Even sweeter, you can use the in-store $10 off coupon along with a 15% off in-store savings pass AND on Sale and Clearance denim, making for HOT savings!

6.) Spend $48 (Not $50!) to Earn $10 Kohl’s Cash

Usually twice a month, Kohl’s offers $10 Kohl’s Cash for every $50 you spend after all coupons have been applied (or more recently a newer Kohl’s Cash offer of $5 back for every $25 you spend)! Even better, you can stack coupons and will still get Kohl’s Cash back after reaching the $50 threshold.

AND, did you know that you can actually spend just $48 after all applicable discounts and before tax instead of the usual $50 and still receive a $10 Kohl’s Cash Reward (during applicable Kohl’s Cash promotion dates)? Even though it may not show up during the final stages of online checkout, once you complete your order, you will in fact see that you have earned $10 in Kohl’s cash!

Black Friday is one of the best times to shop as they typically offer a whopping $15 in Kohl’s Cash for every $50 you spend in-store or online! Another great holiday to shop around is Veteran’s Day as they offer an extra $10 off $25 purchase, 20-30% off and FREE shipping for Kohl’s Cardholders!

Hip TipDon’t throw away expired Kohl’s Cash! They offer a 10-day grace period for expired Kohl’s Cash in-store. While an expired Kohl’s Cash coupon cannot be applied to a Kohl’s.com order, their stores will still honor it up to 10 calendar days after the expiration. Awesome!

7.) Shop Often? Apply for a Kohl’s Charge Card

Usually around once a month, Kohl’s offers 30% off AND free shipping for Kohl’s Cardholders (generally non-cardholders can save 15% during this time). If you shop at Kohl’s often, consider signing up for a store card as you’ll receive lots of exclusive cardholder coupons that stack with other coupons for huge savings. You’ll even be able to save 25% your first Kohl’s Charge purchase!

Plus, Kohl’s Cardholders who spend over $600 a year get placed into the “Most Valuable Customer” program and receive at least 18 discounts throughout the year. Awesome!

8.) BUT, Make Immediate Kohl’s Charge Card Payments

Make immediate payments on Kohl's charge cardHave a Kohl’s Card and are nervous about late fees? Did you know that you can immediately make a payment on your Kohl’s card after using it in-store? Just make a payment at the register using cash, check, money order, or a Kohl’s Cares card or head to the kiosks located around the store. Cash or check payments will post to your account the same day, if paid at a register.

9.) Shop Clearance Sections and Save 90% or MORE

One of the best ways to save at Kohl’s is by shopping the Clearance sections! If you’re heading in-store, look for yellow clearance stickers found on the products or keep your eyes peeled for the shelves with the Clearance Gold Star signs above each department or throughout the store.

After the holidays, you’ll eventually find items marked up to 90% off. AND, you can stack store coupons, Kohl’s Cash AND your Kohl’s Charge Card on clearance items, making for awesome deals! Plus, you’ll also earn Kohl’s Cash on clearance purchases if shopping during a Kohl’s Cash period.

10.) Watch for Items with Rebates or Gift Card Offers

One of the best times to purchase kitchen appliances, pots and pans, luggage and more is whenever Kohl’s is offering up a mail-in rebate or gift card with purchase of qualifying items. Even better, you can also apply coupons and promo codes to these rebate items to save even more!

During a previous small appliances promotion, you could score select Toastmaster appliances for as low as $2.44 (regularly $29.99) after combining promo codes with the mail-in rebate! Sweet!

11.) Get Price Adjustments (+ They Have Hassle-Free Return Policy!)

Kohl's Price AdjustmentsDid you buy a non-clearance item at Kohl’s only to find out it went on sale a few days later? Price adjustments are available for two weeks after the purchase date if the item(s) purchased were further reduced from the original priced you paid. Just be sure to hang on to your receipt and head to the customer service desk to receive the difference. The price adjustment is also available on a Kohl’s.com purchase whenever you call customer service at (855) 564-5705.

Plus, as mentioned in their online policy, there are no time restrictions for returns! You can get cash back for up to 12 months after purchase and after that you will receive in-store merchandise credit. No receipt is needed for Kohl’s Charge purchases. If you use any credit card to make your purchases, your shopping history will be stored in their computer for a full year.

Hip Tip – If you’re making a return and you purchased an item on sale or full price and the store does not have the item you’re wanting to exchange it for, you can do an even exchange for a different item of the same regular price! That means if you paid $5 (reg. $40), you can return it for a different $40 item! Note that this policy may vary by store.

12.) Know How to Decode the LCD Price Signs

Wondering if an item will drop further in price this season? Look for a square in the upper-right corner of an LCD price tag. If you see a square, this indicates that the item has reached the lowest price of the season and won’t drop further unless it goes on clearance.

Also, look for other codes which indicate when an item will be marked down. In the upper right-hand corner of the LCD display, you’ll find letters such as the following…

  • GV – Limited-time sale or price drop
  • S – Sale Item (usually lasts 1-2 weeks)
  • NM – The item will be marked down again
  • BGH – Buy One Get One 1/2 Off
  • BB – Bonus Buy
  • PP – Product Placement (fixed price, not percent discount)

13.) Kiosk Orders Always Ship FREE

Not finding what you are looking for in-store? Orders placed from any Kohl’s kiosk or via the Kohl’s mobile app (in-store only) automatically receive FREE standard shipping to your home.

The in-store kiosks allow you to search inventory and locate the size and color you need on Kohl’s.com and are still eligible for discount codes. Awesome!

14.) Kohl’s Honors In-Store Competitor Prices

Find a lower advertised price? Kohl’s honors in-store only competitor prices from any national retailer that has a brick-and-mortar store (Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Macy’s, etc.) on select brands only – just bring a current copy of the competitor’s ad with you (make sure the ad includes a description of the item). Also you will be able to redeem Kohl’s Cash when price matching.

15.) Sign Up for Kohl’s Sale Alerts

Sign up for Kohl’s Mobile Sales Alerts by texting SAVE15 to 56457 on your mobile device and you’ll instantly receive a 15% off coupon code on your device, valid online or in the Kohl’s mobile app!

Plus, whenever you sign up for Kohl’s Email Sale Alerts, you’ll receive an email with a coupon for an extra 15% off your next purchase, valid in-store or online! You’ll also receive email updates about their biggest sales and clearance events, notice of exclusive free shipping offers, plus online promo codes!

16.) Shop Online and Stack Multiple Discount Codes

Shopping online is convenient since you can stack up to FOUR discount codes for online orders when purchasing from a computer. If placing an order from a mobile device, you’ll only be able to combine 2 coupon codes per order. Keep in mind that you can only use ONE sitewide percent-off code (20% off entire purchase) and one free shipping code per order, but can use up to four Kohl’s rewards codes (i.e. Kohl’s Cash) or dollar off/percent off/department specific codes per order.

Note: Dollar-off coupons may be combined and combined with 1 percent-off coupon as well. When using both dollar & percent-off coupons, the dollar-off coupon will be deducted first at the register.

17.) Celebrating? Create a Gift Registry

Did you know that you can create a Celebration Registry at Kohl’s (in addition to the typical Wedding Registry and Baby Registry)? That means if you’re celebrating ANY event, be sure to register at Kohl’s!

One of the best ones is the Kohl’s Wedding Registry. They offer Ever After Rewards where you can earn 10% rewards on gifts purchased from your registry – that means if you spend $500, you’ll get a whopping $50 reward back to spend (up to $200). You can also send your guests Free Announcement Cards with a coupon for 20% off their $100 in-store purchase to use on your registry.

You’ll also save an extra 15% on items left on your registry for 3 months after the wedding. Plus, if you register with select brands, you’ll also receive free gifts! Go here to register and for more details.

18.) Over 60? Shop on Wednesdays

Kohl’s offers a special 15% discount every Wednesday in-store only for customers aged 60 or better with proper identification. However, keep in mind that this offer cannot be applied in conjunction with any other percent-off discounts BUT will be applied to prior dollar-off discounts, including Kohl’s Cash coupons, Yes2You Rewards and Promotional Gifts. Select categories and brands are excluded.

19.) Follow Kohl’s on Social Media for Giveaways

Be sure to follow Kohl’s on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest as they often have awesome sweepstakes or giveaways, such as this previous Twitter Sweepstakes where you could enter to win a the grand prize of a $1,000 Kohl’s Gift Card or ten $100 Kohl’s Gift Cards, as featured on Ellen TV!

20.) Save BIG on Kohl’s Gift Cards

One way to save on your Kohl’s purchases is to buy a discounted Kohl’s gift cards on Raise.com as you can use it in-store and online. You can also occasionally purchase discounted Kohl’s retail gift cards on sites like eBay, Amazon and the Swych App, but these deals often go fast!

I do have a Kohl’s credit card & have never paid a finance charge! If you look on your monthly bill, it has a place that says “to avoid interest charge pay this amount.” Just another hip tip!

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

      Great tip! Thanks Tracy! 🙂

    • pm

The credit card is a must!! Love the free shipping each month!

    • CW

They also offer auto pay on their charge card now! Just another way to avoid interest charges!

    • kylee

Is there a 30% code and free shipping that anyone could share please.. thank you!

  2. Hollie

Does anyone know when the next free shipping and 30% off for card holders will be? Thanks! 🙂

  3. SmartShopper

Question: I’m new to using Kohl’s. I received a $5 in my Kohl’s app in the Yes 2 You rewards. Can I use this on ANY item in store? I’m looking to pay least out of pocket. Could I use it on Hallmark cards, wrapping paper, tissue paper etc. ? Any advice is appreciated.

    • ashley

Yes. The only thing excluded from yes2you rewares are gift cards and kohls cares items.

  4. Ash

does anyone have a children’s place coupon they won’t be using? I usually but most of my kid’s clothes from kohl’s but children’s place graphic tees are a good price. harnish1102@yahoo.com

  5. kim

does anyone know if you brought an small home appliance and used it once can you return it, if not satisfied?
    TIA

    • Rachel

Yes, I did this with a griddle that was terrible in January.

    • Leah

Yes, you can. Kohl’s has one of the best return policies out there. I returned a toaster oven I had used for a few months but the handle became loose and wouldn’t tighten. They returned it wihtout a problem.

    • Carla

Just be aware if you earned Kohls Cash our used Kohls Cash to purchase it they will deduct the $10. The website sent me the wrong size nightgown for my daughter once and when I took it in the store didn’t carry it and they ordered me a refund of 80 cents because I had redeemed the Kohls Cash that purchase had earned. I practically had to throw a fit to get them to let me have in store credit for another nightgown. It wouldn’t have been as big of an insult if it wasn’t their mistake.

      • Hearttoshop

It’s because you got a ‘free’ $10 for your purchase. So if you think of it that way it’s like buying a BOGO deal and just returning the one you paid for. But when this happens to me I usually don’t have to fight to get something of equal value. They should really start offering what you paid on a gift card. It would be the same to them.

  6. Samantha

Veterans Day is an amazing time to shop online. The past two years they’ve had $10 off a $25 purchase, 30% off, and free shipping. I do all my Christmas shopping then.

    • Katie

That was going to be my tip! I bought toys & clothes in $25 increments in 8 online & store transactions haha. Much better deals than Black Friday even without earning Kohl’s Cash

    • Angela

I totally agree…Best shopping day for Kohl’s! Seriously, I placed 30+ orders. It was bad…

  7. Chrissie

Help, I’m really confused about the hip tip in number 11. I must not understand it as it seems too good to be correct. Can you please go over that one? TIA

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

Hi Chrissie! If you purchased an item for $5 (regularly $40) but end up needing to return it for some reason and they don’t have the correct size/item in stock, you can actually do an even exchange by finding another item in the store that is regularly priced at $40! Hope that helps?!

      • Sarah!!

Wow I didn’t know this either! I hope I remember to do this on future returns!

        • Anonymous

This will not work. Please scroll down and see the post made about how exchanges work.

      • Julia

They didn’t let me do this even for the same item. They told me that the clearance items can’t be exchanged. It was too bad because I used Kohl’s cash and they didn’t return it to me.

        • kylee

Yes, i was told this doesnt apply once the item is on clearance

          • Janet

I am very confused on this comment as well. So if you bought a small holiday picture frame for $2.99 but reg is $29.99, you can return for any $29.99 in store item?

      • Anonymous

This is not accurate information. Please refer to the post below for a thorough description of how the exchange process works.

    • Katie

Yes, I have given that advice to my friends who have wanted to return outfits from baby showers. It is far more beneficial to do an even exchange on another clothing item or literally anything in the store. As a return, you will only get the current value of the item without a receipt or will have wasted the discount used and/or have Kohl’s Cash deducted out of the total if you do have a receipt.

      • candie

that does not work at the kohl’s I go to. if you buy an item and want to even exchange it for the same dollar amount, they check to see if the item has gone on clearance. if it has you cannot even exchange it. is there something on their website that you have found that backs up your experience?

  8. Rachel

If you are a discover cardholder they often have discover deals for $10 kohls cash. It’s stated as $10 off $30, however when you enter the code into your app it’s kk!

    • kranky

that is awesome. thanks for sharing!

    • Nisha

I can never find this in my discover account. Is this only available to select Discover customers?

      • Susan K

Log into the Discover app. In the left hand corner choose “earn cash back bonus” then choose “discover deals”. Then search for “Kohl’s”. This is where you will see the $10 off $30 if you did get one. After you select the “$10 off $30” you have to scroll down a little to see the pin number.

  9. Carissa

You can pay off your card with your debit card as well!

  10. Errrrr

Am I the only one who despises Kohl’s? I don’t like how they artificially inflate prices so that they can have a “sale” every 4 days. It’s just misleading. I also hate how prices fluctuate wildly on a given item every 4 days. I hate how they send out 15 % off coupons to some cardholders, while others get 20%, and while others get 30% off. Why can’t they offer the same percentage off to all cardholders? I don’t like how percentage off coupons are applied AFTER Kohl’s cash, so your Kohl’s cash isn’t that valuable if you use a 30% off coupon on top. In sum, I don’t like how Kohl’s has highly gimmicky pricing. While I appreciate coupons, I don’t appreciate the convoluted hoops Kohl’s makes it customers jump through. Just my two cents.

    • Sarah!!

I agree with the Kohl’s cash I feel like it should be more like cash seeing that it’s Kohl’s CASH lol but I have gotten some amazing deals at Kohl’s it’s all about what store works for you though! Also with the whole cardholders getting different amounts a way to make sure you always get 30% instead 20 or 15 is to save the code for the 30% off in your Kohl’s app wallet and use it in stores or online hip2save normally always post it or you can find it most of the time on retail me not! HTH

      • Sarah!!

Also I use to never shop at Kohl’s but have been a lot more satisfied since I’ve started shopping on their website instead of in stores! I feel like the stores are a bit over whelming and with all the coupons I use I like to know before I hand over my credit card if everything went through as I had hoped! I have had trouble using coupons in stores and over all have had a much better experience online! Also I have had a few issues in the past with things arriving damaged and customer service has always been outstanding!! 😊

        • Nancygaye

I have a Kohl’s card and I shop a lot. I don’t receive 30% off in every mailing. But I will find one online if available! The Kohl’s cash thing is a drag but I still get great deals. I go through Swagbucks to make purchases for even more points.

    • Cara

I noticed that I have shopped more at Kohls since I subscribed at Hip2Save. I feel like I am able to maximize my savings and I always shop when there is at least 30% off code posted.

    • Molly

Errrrr…I’m with you!! Slimy, sketchy and too many rules to follow!! I refuse to do any business with kohls!

  11. Shelly

I love kohls. Always great finds. Occasionally I get emails (twice so far) “spend $50 in one transaction & get 200 pts added to your rewards wallet”…

  12. Carole Walk

Love Kohl’s; always check clearance section for some excellent buys.

  13. Jessica

I was at Kohls the other day.. looked in the clearance purses like I always do. There was one that was originally $80, on clearance for $23, I had a $10 off plus a 20% off.. it came down to about $11. The purse also included a cell phone wallet. Great buy!

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

      NICE score Jessica! 🙂

  14. Jeannet

Can I still use my expired Kohl’s cash?

    • Jenn

Yes, in store usually for up to 10 days pass date.

    • Lisa

Hi yes I was able to use my expired kohl’s Cash before. I never knew this either until recently. Shame I let my $30 kohl’s Cash go unused before I knew this.

I can’t remember the details concerning this but yes you can use expired Cash.

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

Yes Lisa! They offer 10 days grace period for the expired Kohl’s cash. While an expired Kohl’s Cash coupon cannot be applied to a Kohl’s.com order, their stores can still honor it up to 10 calendar days after the expiration.

      • rachel

I tried to use an expired kohls cash on black friday. It was only one day expired and they would not take it. I guess i will have to ask next tome I go.

        • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

I would definitely ask as I was just told tonight that they will accept it in store?!

  15. Jane D

    1. Don’t use the in-store kiosk to order stuff, it’s a nightmare. The touch screen doesn’t register everything, it’s painfully slow, and no one will help you if you have a question.

    2. Simply connecting to the in-store guest Wifi WILL NOT give you free shipping in the app. You have to enable location services in the app settings on your phone. You can then sit in the parking lot if you want and the gps from your phone will activate store tools and give you free shipping. You don’t have to connect to the store Wifi at all. The store Wifi does nothing.

    • Angela

Thanks for this…I tried making an online purchase in a Kohl’s store and could not get the free shipping to work. I had to make the purchase using the Kiosk. It was terrible!! Took forever to order just a few things. Haven’t seen any free shipping for MVP card holders this month. I wonder what’s going on with that?

      • Amy

I have never had luck getting free shipping with the app while I’m in the store. I have chosen my location, but still no free shipping. I too hate the sloooow kiosk, but have to use it if I want free shipping.

        • ET

Same here. I can’t get the free shipping to work on my phone either, even with enabling location services. I’ve tried it in 2 different stores and it just doesn’t work.

          • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

I would definitely ask customer service the next time you’re in store while using the app to shop as it clearly says on their app page that you will get free shipping when you make a purchase through the app, in-store. Hope that helps!

  16. Gina

Does anyone know if you have to spend $48-50 in one transaction to get the Kohl’s cash or can it be in multiple transactions adding up to $50?

    • Lisa

Hi yes I was able to use my expired kohl’s Cash before. I never knew this either until recently. Shame I let my $30 kohl’s Cash go unused before I knew this.

I can’t remember the details concerning this but yes you can use expired Cash.

One black Friday weekend they let me do multiple transactions to get the Kohl’s cash but that has been some years ago. You better ask first.

    • Leslie

Hi Gina! I work at Kohls. we have a way to combine receipts so that if the subtotals together add to 50, we can print the 10 dollars. Just as an associate at the registers to help you. If they are new, they might be confused. You can just politely ask to see the manager.

  17. Rhoda

I especially love Kohl’s for buying lingerie on the clearance racks and work-out clothes. They have department store brands at great discounts. Plus online they offer merchandise that I don’t see in the store in my area.
Also my husband likes Dockers and Levis and we’ve gotten great buys on those brands, too.

  18. Tanya

Anyone have Kohl’s cash or rewards they won’t be using? I’d love to trade! I have $50 off $100 purchase for Lands End ….. and 10/$50 or $20/$100 off at Dicks Sporting Goods. …. twyant_7@yahoodotcom

  19. Raedev

One time I ordered two pairs of jeans online from kohls and they sent me a pair of shoes and a maternity shirt! Lol I order from them monthly and that’s the first time that happened. A lady was laughing at me for it. It was pretty funny 😋😆

  20. mj

Is that a new policy regarding expired Kohls cash? My store wouldnt honor mine last year and it was only a day after.

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

Hmm I wonder if it varies as I did chat with a customer service rep tonight and they said that as a courtesy they will accept it 10 days past the expiration date (in store only).

  21. Mary

Kolhs will no longer take expired kohls cash. Also must present the the coupons to get discount.

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

Hi there! I actually chatted with a Kohl’s rep this evening and he told me that they DO accept expired Kohl’s Cash in-store only for 10 days past the expiration (not valid online). Hope that helps!

  22. Mary

It is not new, kohls is enforcing the expiration dates, to many customers trying to stack them for weeks.
Also only 1 discount can be used, can no longer break up into 2 transactions.

  23. Anonymous

Please be aware that you can’t exchange a clearance item for a regular priced item. Once the item goes clearance that becomes the price you go by for the exchange. Here’s how it works: if you bought an item and need to exchange for size and color you go by the ticketed price not the sale price (the price on the ticket not the sale price). If the item goes clearance that becomes the ticketed price and the exchange can be for the same clearance item. If it went clearance but was not clearance when you bought it you need to perform a receipted even exchange-the associate must scan the receipt. This is how you can exchange it for another item that’s not clearance. If you bought an item, it goes clearance but you don’t have the receipt for the associate to scan the exchange you can only exchange it for a clearance item of the same or similar type and brand and it must be the exact same clearance price. There is no work around or any way to change or override this in the system. A manager can’t come over and override it with a key. Please don’t comment that an associate did this for you–it is impossible with the way the exchange function in the register works. This is how the process works. Also please be aware that even exchanges are intended for the same item, same brand and original price, different size and/ or color. Exceptions can be made such as exchanging a Croft & Barrow polo shirt for a Sonoma polo shirt because they are comparable items. You can’t, for example exchange a pair of Sonoma pants for a pair of Levis because you want a deal on Levis or a Shark vacuum for a Dyson. This is intent to fraud and one of the biggest reasons for the change in the exchange policy years ago.

    • Mary (Stellar Sidekick)

      Thanks for the details!

  24. Niya

Off the topic does any one have $5 off shoes in Kmart store coupon? Please send it to me if you are not using it. Thank you. niyadeals at gmail.com

  25. Tanya

Anyone see a great deal on a Keurig lately?

***Do not use the Kohl’s Kiosk***

I went to make a purchase in store to get free shipping. Tried using the app to connect to the store wifi to get free shipping but they kept charging for shipping. So then I had to use Kohl’s Kiosk.

Kohl’s kiosk does not allow you to log into your account. So to pay with Kohl’s cash I had to enter each one manually (a pain staking process). Then they cancelled the order for no apparent reason. That would be fine except THEY DID NOT RETURN MY KOHL’S CASH AND ZEROED IT OUT. I just spent 1.5 HOURS on the phone trying to get the money I earned back. They found a work around to put my order through, but it’s not worth it. The moral of the story is just wait for a free shipping code.

Overall, I love Kohl’s and have been a long time customer. Just don’t use the kiosk. Hoping to save someone else the headache I just went through.

I was told that I couldn’t use the ‘take an extra …%’ off unless I was using a charge card. They wouldn’t let me do it with a kohls gift card.
