Newbie I called customer service and they are having problems with the coupon. You can use on anything so call them like I did and they will fix it for you to pick up!
My $5 reward code didn’t apply to anything on sale but I bought a $5 full price item and it worked on it. Got 2 toilet papers at $8.99 each and a 3-pack scotch tape at $5.49 (in order to get free shipping your total needs to be over $14.99). My total after reward was $18.47.
