How does the price compare to these sets?
i think buy 1 get 1 40% off if the prices are equal is essentially 20% off each. Depending on the sale price of a lego set of interest, one may be able to get a good price without purchasing two sets. Using the bottom scenario and prices from target.com, Stephanies house would be 44.79 (from target sale price 55,99) and Heartlake riding club would be 38.39 (from target sale price $47.99). In this case, the Target total is slightly less because the second item on Amazon was priced a bit less and thus less amount off when taking 40%.
is the target promotion extra 20% off in store or does the sale price already reflect the 20% off? If the sale price already reflects the 20% off then definitely one would get a better discount with this Amazon sale. If not, then the above scenario I wrote would apply 🙂
