I bought a similar Lasko fan around five months ago (Home Depot around $40) and loved it until it suddenly stopped working. It had a one-year warranty so I contacted Lasko who apologized for my troubles and stated they would send me a replacement if I could send them the cord. Three days later, I had a new fan at my doorstep. Just sharing because I appreciate companies with good customer service!
