Does anyone have one of these? I found one on clearance around Christmas. I have not opened it and have debated taking it back. The clearance price was great, but it is sizable and it really needs to be worth it if I have to find kitchen space.
I have one and love it for fries! I’ve also done chicken wings and they turned out great. I don’t keep mine out because it does take up a lot of room. I received it as a gift -with that being said I probably would not pay that much for it.
What was the clearance price? Just wondering how low these go for.
I think that someone made a mistake with the clearance price. I got it for $29.?? at Bed, Bath. The sticker said that the original price was $99.?? (making a $29 clearance somewhat understandable), but their website says that it’s $199. This was Nov – Dec and different stores had sales on taller, less wide air fryers (like I wanted) from other makers that were going for about $39 – $49.
These used to be $199 at Bed Bath and Beyond. That’s where my husband bought mine. For $30, I’d totally keep it. I don’t use mine as much as I should, mostly because I don’t think of it because I keep it put away. I’ve made fries and wings, which turn out reasonably well for not being fried. I’ve made some of the entrees in the book, which were good, but the portions were small for a family of four, so I don’t find it terribly useful for main courses. I’ve done baby carrots with srichacha, which is awesome. I’m going to have to try deviled cauliflower, which I make in the oven all the time.
Wow that’s awesome!
