   I love this pressure cooker I bought it last year and paid a little bit more for it. Worth every dollar spent. Cooks food fast, browns in the same dish, and the meat comes out super tender. A potroast takes 90 minutes!! Greek potatoes 25 minutes. Amazing just amazing!!

   I bought Montel William’s pressure cooker years ago because it looked so easy on his infomercial. I was never able to make anything not mushy. Does anyone have any tips for using pressure cookers?
