Got a pair for my hubby thanks!! And don’t forget ebates has 10% cash back today!
If any of you know about sizing, please share. Is it true to size or should I order half size bigger?
Both of my boys need a full size larger.
My son was true to size, but these rip easily if you have a pretty active, rough on the shoes kinda kiddo – in my experience anyway.
Yolie- my boys are VERY tough on shoes. This last school year they each went through three pairs of tennis shoes. Just wondering if you have any suggestions for some good sturdy shoes that can hold up.
Just weighing in, Amanda — I had the same problem with my very active 8-year-old son and tried Nike, Skechers, Fila and Puma shoes over the last couple years. For this school year we bought two pairs of Under Armour tennis shoes and they both lasted!! No holes, no scuffed toes, still wearable for the summer. They were about $30/pair on sale, which seemed reasonable to me (in other words, we didn’t have to get the $100 shoes for them to last OK).
I’ve found that the least fabric on top you can get, the better as well as a sturdy, thick sole. I’ve found Adidas tennis shoes to hold up the best with my son. He’s gotten to the age where appearances matter so he has a few pairs of different shoes, but the Adidas are the ones that seem to make it through the best…even the fabric on top types.
