How good is ulta with returns? I bought shampoo a few months ago and just started using it. 5 used in I can tell my hair hates it. Can I return it for different shampoo?
I think the return period is 60 days
I’ve been able to return items with and without receipts to Ulta with no troubles. Just make sure you’re polite and maybe go when it’s a bit slower if you’re worried about holding up the line.
Yea you can return it within 30days. I have been trying new shampoos and have returned twice now without any problem at all
