First, as I’ve mentioned a few times now, through July 1st, Walgreens is offering a $2 Register Reward when you buy Black Forest 7-8 oz Candy, which is on sale for only $2 per bag (regularly $3.49)! In addition, Mike and Ike Zours 3.6oz Candies are on sale for 99¢ and when you purchase one, you’ll get a 99¢ Register Reward!
Consider buying the candy items and then using your Register Rewards earned on your second transaction to score basically $3 worth of anything you please in-store or do the following…

First, do this…
Buy 1 Black Forest Candy 7 or 8 oz $2 (regularly $3.49) = $2 RR
Buy 1 Mike and Ike Zours Candy 3.6 oz 99¢ = 99¢ RR
Pay $2.99 (+tax)
Get a 99¢ Register Reward AND a $2 Register Reward
THEN, do this…
Buy 1 Nice! Storage Bags 25ct $0.99 (sale price)
Buy 1 Doritos 9.5oz (or Lays 10.25oz) $1.88 (sale price)
Buy 1 Dentyne SubZero 16pcs $0.39 (clearance price – filler item to get my total above $3 in order to use both Register Rewards)
Total = $3.26
Use the 99¢ RR and $2 RR (from the first transaction mentioned above)
Pay: 27¢ (+tax)
Final Cost for TWO candies, a bag of Doritos, a package of Storage Bags and Gum – ONLY $3.26 (+ tax)! Not too shabby considering the regular cost of the Black Forest Candy is $3.49!!
CAN You use the register rewards the same day you receive them?
And can you buy more then one Black Forest candy and get multiple rewards or is there a limit of one? Thanks
Hi Hope! Yes, you can use the Register Rewards in the next transaction. However, you will only receive one reward if you purchase multiple Black Forest Candy in a single transaction. Also, if you use the Register Reward you earned from your Black Forest candy purchase towards your next purchase of Black Forest candy you will NOT receive a reward. You will need to use your reward on a different product, even one that is offering Register Rewards, in order to earn an additional Reward.

Yes, you can use register rewards the same day you receive them.
My nearby Walgreens allows customers to complete multiple transactions and earn multiple rewards. But the store usually doesn’t have a huge quantity on hand.
