New Big Lots Rewards Program: Earn $5 Off $15 Reward w/ Every 3 Purchases & More

Head here to check out the newly released Big Lots Big Rewards program! Buzz Club Rewards members will now earn a $5 off $15 reward for every three qualifying purchases made within a 12 month period. Qualifying purchases include in-store and online purchase transactions excluding gift cards, rentals, price holds, or donations. You can earn one purchase per day and per store and a limit of one $5 reward per week. Rewards are sent to the email address on file and are valid for 17 days.
Since you can earn $5 a week, you could potentially earn $260 in rewards per year. And since there is no minimum qualifying purchase amount, make three $1 transactions per week and earn a $5 reward!

Earn a $10 reward for every $200 spent on a single qualifying furniture purchase – up to a $50 reward. Furniture qualifying purchases include indoor furniture, patio furniture, gazebos and umbrellas.
How to redeem rewards:
Redeem your rewards in-store or online at BigLots.com on any item except price holds, rentals, deposits, charitable donations, milk, dairy products, eggs, and gift cards. You can redeem multiple rewards in one transaction and even use other storewide coupons as well AND purchases made with rewards still count towards a qualifying purchase to earn more rewards!

When you first sign up for Buzz Rewards, you get a $5 off $15 coupon. I got the same thing when I signed up last fall. Is that what you’re looking at, disneya & Collin? I don’t see anything in these details that indicates the $5 coupons earned going forward will be for $15 purchases. Am I missing something?

When I forget my card they look up phone number / name. Easy peasy 🙂
Just take a picture of your card on your phone and you’ll always have it with you They can scan it that way as well
I was able to print off a card from the site after signing up. There was an area named “Buzz Club Rewards”. I clicked in there and a card image with bar code was accessible.
I just signed up. How can I get a card that I can scan when I am in store.

I signed up for this when it started the first time, I’m pretty sure I’ve never used it even when I shop there which is not too often since they moved into the “mall” frontage it’s not the same. And the next closest ones are hour away

My family has been loyal Big Lots shoppers for years. We buy almost all of our snack foods and paper goods there. They already have good prices, and good coupons and sales. Taking advantage of this – “And since there is no minimum qualifying purchase amount, make three $1 transactions per week and earn a $5 reward!” – is only going to make them either change the program, once again, or stop the program all together. This is an improvement to the program, lets not make them regret their decision to change it.
I can’t even get an e-mail from them….which they say they send out.

My dad got me shopping at big lots. He goes there every few weeks and buys a big cart load full Lol. He loves it!! I go there every few months and I always take advantage of the 20% off when they offer it. Find some neat stuff there. I’m excited about this program change 🙂 .
The new reward program is not $5.00 off $15.00, it is $5.00 off any amount.
I thought it was $5 off, but I “earned” my first “reward” and it says my reward IS a $5 off $15 coupon…I’m not sure what I’m missing. I was HOPING it was just the $5 off, but I guess that was too good to be true.
If anyone else was confused like I was, I just got this confirmation from customer service:
“The reward you receive for every three purchases is a $5 off $15 or $15 off $75 coupon.”
The information on the website is MISLEADING–even the FAQ doesn’t spell out exactly what the reward is.
After my initial reward, I’ve gotten 2 since. it’s $5 off your purchase. This last one, I bought 2 cartons of coconut water for $6 total. Presented my reward coupon, and I only had to pay $1.

You can take it back to the front desk and they should change it for you for equal value. But make sure you keep the receipt when you get the new one.
I purchased a table set at a good price I am very satisfied.
I have always been satisfied with BigLots merchendise. My 2 recliners are the best. LOVE THEM.
went to a BL. didn’t think I had a rewards card. Daughter said she thinks I do. How do I find out and can I turn in purchases from that day after the fact?
I have been a customer with big lots for YEARS with the rewards card but have Not received any emails or discounts . You cannot be reached by phone.

For the furniture bonuses, to redeem that reward, is there a minimum amount? For example, I spent of $1000 today and it says up to $50 in furniture rewards. Is there a minimum amount that needs to be spent in order to redeem that $50 or is it like a $50 gift certificate?

I have signed up and I get no rewards at all. I even signed up my husband under his email and he doesn’t get anything either. I have been to several different Big Lots and not one person can help me out as to the issue. The emails aren’t going to my junk folder either. I just don’t get them. I understand maybe a glitch, but no one cares enough at any store to even help me out.

I’m a little confused as to how long it takes to go from pending status to get your reward it seems to take an awfully long time and maybe that’s just me. I do enjoy shopping there and drugs are refined things I need
BigLots have goods with good price.
They have fantastic prices although u must check the dates on items some of them are already expired so it pays to check. Before they always ask do you have rewards with us and if so would ask for your phone number and look it up. They could care less n just ring you up so i spent $90.00 and lost the reward point. They should be more helpful with customers n not be so lazy they should ask everyone and offer rewards or do you have rewards for each and every customer, Its like who care u did your shopping andOur sales help keep the employees working so they need to step up to their job and make sure the person buying has rewards or not. That really piss me and upset me I lost my points for my sales. They are to quick to ring up without asking what the hell.
I purchased $1200 in furniture over the weekend and I can see the transaction listed when I login but it doesn’t show that I have any rewards or offers and it should be $50 because of the furniture bonus, right? I don’t fully understand.

Hi there! Here is what they list on how to add your Birth Date to your Rewards account – When logged in to your account “click on “Edit Profile”, and provide your birth month and day. Unfortunately, we can’t accept birthday information at checkout.”

I signed up for this year’s ago and I’ve never gotten a thing. They always ask if I am a member and I say yes. They scan my tag but I never get any rewards.
I get emails. I placed an online order on Friday for store pick-up. I made a purchase in-store on Saturday when I picked up and they counted them as 2 purchases at the same store in one day (equals one purchase). I emailed them and was told that you aren’t charged for a purchase until you pick up. Seems misleading to me and certainly cuts down on the number of rewards they give. They give credit for separate trips to separate stores on separate days or separate shipping costs.
The new look at Big Lot is every nice & it makes the the store looks bigger . And really clean too, keep up the the good work.
I’ve received my first reward which expires in a couple of weeks. I’m not sure I shop here enough for this program to be worth it.
