You do realize the average person always installs a new toilet when they buy a home. I mean I usually do. They aren’t expensive. If that was our big concern. Strange that would steer you away from buying that particular home for that reason. What do you do when you visit a hotel, public, friends and family? I mean I squat for public toilets no matter what.
