Seems that the ladies there know us and are making us feel a bit uncomfortable every time we go with the coupons , even tho we spend $5-15 dollars! Sooo frustrating that I let a $15 coupon expire rather than going to my Lane Bryant store:-(

Also, I’ve been given the run around about using these on clearance products, etc. They tell me they are changing their policy, but it seems this policy is per store, not company wide. Meanwhile, the quality of the clothing is going down while the prices are outrageous. I’m not happy with LB at all!

My also says July 15th, it surprises me that we can use this coupon on sale and clearance because you usually can’t!
Where did you find info that you are allowed to use this coupon on clearance?

My local store (Tukwila, WA) is good about trying the coupons see if they work. The register will stop them if they can’t be used on the something. Staff turns over so much at these stores, if you go in another time you may get someone that will help you even if they were weird about it the last time. The code I received does not appear to have exclusions and expires 7/15. I use my other LB coupons on sale and clearance all the time. Occasionally a hot buy or daily special may be excluded but again the register will stop them if it’s not allowed.
I tried to use mine today. Found a cute pair of earrings for $14.95. As I was checking out a second employee, possibly the manager, came over and questioned whether it could be used on jewelry. She referred to a binder and after a minute questioned whether it could be used on sale items. The earrings rang up at full price but she insisted they were on sale. Then told me I couldn’t use the coupon on sale items. Well the whole store is on sale through the 4th and my coupon expired tomorrow. It was like she was trying to find a way to not let me use the coupon. I’m pretty disappointed with this experience.

Alicia, I am always surprised when I hear managers go to such great lengths to not accept a coupon. They don’t realize they might be losing a customer when doing so. Sorry they didn’t honor it.
I was able to score a super cute earring for just 17 cents.
There were clothes on clearance, B0G0Free so I got two tops for $6.98! At first the cashier said the coupon code couldn’t work but I told her to try again and after few minutes I guess she tried to do it manually. Glad that she did not ask manager to deal with it. Whoo hoo!
