I couldn’t get my second body wash to go through either (as I see it’s the same with other users). At the top right there’s a ?, press of and it allows you to manually type in the barcode numbers and it works. Hope this helps!
Last time I did Ibotta at Walmart, I just scanned the qrc at the bottom of the receipt and it automatically matched everything up…I didn’t have to scan the products.
Like everyone else, I had trouble scanning two of the travel size bottles. So, I scanned the QR code as suggested above and I did not have to scan any of my barcodes. It automatically matched up my Olay bottles with the rebate. The $3 was credited to my account within an hour.
HINT: I just uninstalled and then reinstalled Ibotta and it finally scanned and recognized both travel size bottles! It is worth a try!
Same issue like everyone else but as suggested, I went back to Ibotta and redid the whole thing, scanned the qrc, and still asked me to scan the barcode on each bottle. I was thinking “here we go again, never-ending scanning that would not work.” But IT WORKED. Thank you, everyone!

This offer reset for me yesterday. It was awful redeeming it the first time although I eventually got credit. Fortunately, yesterday the rebates came up from my QR code and I had no issues receiving my $3!!!
I just did this deal today. I scanned the QR code from my receipt and that was it. Said my money was in processing. Hopefully there’s no issues! 😉

The first time ( Friday), the rebate was hard to redeem due to the scanner. After emailing customer service, they credited my account $3. Today, it was much easier to redeem; I just scanned the QR code and voila, travel bottles for free!

I did this deal on Sunday and had no issues redeeming it. After seeing this post, I checked my Ibotta acct and it has reset, so I’ll be doing this deal again tomorrow! Also, the Walmart cereal deal has reset!

My ibotta rebate says not available on trial and travel sizes.
I see where they just changed it. I was able to redeem twice before they excluded travel sizes. I was planning to make another trip today, but oh well 😥

My Ibotta still had no size restriction, so I went and bought 2 more. But it wouldn’t scan, so I had to email customer service again on Friday, July 7th. Tonight, i got the rebate 🙂
