   Wondering how the quality is? We tried under armour last year and they didn’t last two months. Well the expensive ones did, but not the cheaper ones.

  My sons have used the same high sierra back packs for the last 2 school years and they are still in great shape. Will be using them again this year because they like them so much. They are teenagers so the have stuffed them to the max and carried heavy loads with no issues. I got them on sale from Amazon and have certainly gotten my monies worth.

   For those who have purchased these backpacks-I am debating getting my son the fat boy vs the loop style-only concern with the fat boy style is it doesn’t seem to open really wide–just wanting recommendations

  We had the loop style several years ago and my boys hated them because of the straps..they are connected at the top and that part was uncomfortable. I even tried wearing it and it definitely was uncomfortable. We currently have the access ones (for high school age).
