    Is the band replaceable? Not sure my husband will wear any other color besides black. Also do you know if this is more durable than the original HR. Mine lasted less than a year and quite working. Fitbit replaced it under the 1 year warranty. The replacements band broke. Fitbit goes by the original purchase date and so I could not get a replacment. My husbands band was starting to separate he noticed 2 weeks ago and last night it quite working. I purchased it November 2015 I hate to pay so much for something that won’t last.

    Thank you! I ordered 4 fitbit charge 2 and 3 fitbit blaze and was able to get the 20% discount too! It took a LONG time to order this. It seems their website is having issues and customer service was no help. (it took me hours to order). I tried 3 different browsers after changing my address from PO box to home address on my credit card and att.com website it finally went through. Its a great savings and I was just about to purchase one for me at Kohls. Now I have great birthday presents. Thank you so much Hip2Save! I love this site. πŸ™‚

    Hmmm anyone else think they were never going to actually ship them for that price?! The cancellation message was very odd. We could not verify your identity while trying to purchase.

    My order was cancelled as well. I had already ordered replacement bands on Amazon. Very disappointed. And I agree, the cancellation message was odd. Mine also said they couldn’t verify my identity, as opposed to them running out of stock.

    Mine was cancelled as well. When I first tried ordering from my phone, it said I was out of the area for that deal so I used my PC instead. That order went through but now it is cancelled because they couldn’t confirm my identity. I smell a rat!

    My order was also cancelled. I received an email late today.

    “We couldn’t confirm your identity with the information you gave us, so we had to cancel your order. Don’t worry. If there was a hold on your card, we’ll release the funds soon.”

    I was never contacted and it was still processing moments before they sent the email. I called Customer Service and was on the phone for over an hour. This does not seem right.
