WHBM just 2 weeks ago offered a $50off$50 code/coupon for their aniversary. WHBM gave away too many codes on their Facebook page. Then WHBM claimed they had not given the codes out – they had. Then when customers tried to order WHBM said the codes were expired – this was the next day and the offer had a two week expiration date. Then many orders that were placed in the first hours of the offer were cancelled – even though people had given their CC info. It has been suggested it was a marketing ploy to get peoples info. As well the offer was supposed to be good in store – they codes were not honored and customers were told the offer was fraudulent – it was not – except on WHBM’s part. Some consumers are floating a class action suit on the previous offer. Strange that WHBM wouldn’t honor its previous offer and is now offering another generous promotion.
I’ll never do business with them. Too many other honest stores.

Just as some FYI, be aware of what they charge your card. My soma order was $5.95 ( just the shipping) but they charged my card $17 and change. I sent a dispute with my cc company and have my email confirmation and screen shots with the correct amounts. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to many others!
Same thing happened with my Soma order. When I saw the discrepancy on my card I came here to see if it had happened to anyone else. It didn’t show up until the order was shipped out today and the charge was no longer “pending” on my account.
