Only difference is size. I have the 6 quart. Love it, use it all the time. Easy and fast. Holds plenty of food.
The 10 in one has a cake baker and sterilizer on it. Nothing extra I would need. I love my 6 in 1 ,use it everyday.
I just got mine a couple of days ago. Have no idea what I am going to use it for, lol. Any suggestions on where to find good recipes?

You can use these on everything. I made salmon in 2 minutes, brown rice in 20 for a healthy meal. I made steel cut oats in 10 minutes (normally takes 45 on stove top). My sister in law made mac n cheese in 5 minutes (home made) Greek yogurt, veggies, almost anything and cuts your cooking time way down. These will be great on those school/game days

I finally caved and got this. Looking forward to trying it! Another way to get $10 Kohls cash is to watch for a Kohls email asking if you want to switch to paperless statements. If you do, they send you $10 Kohls cash. When I use it, I go back to mailed statements. In a few weeks they will send you another email asking to go paperless with another $10. I have done this 3 times now. 🙂
