Pinecone ROCKS! I have almost $60, and I just joined this year as well. I have also been sent a couple petty cool things to try and give opinions on. You cannot go wrong with this one. You get paid $3 for every survey.
Pinecone is my favorite survey site! I joined in May, and I’ve made $24 so far. Planning to let it keep building up, then cash out in November or December for a little extra Christmas shopping cash. 🙂

Ugh, I filled out the form and it said I was qualified. I filled out the next form and it said I was no longer qualified. Someday!!

I joined 4 months ago and loved the surveys at first. Now it takes forever to load and process and after about 10 minutes of completing the same questions over and over again, it tells me I’m not qualified for that particular survey. Beyond annoying.

I’ve been taking surveys for Pinecone for a long time now, starting back in the day when Pinecone gave $5 for each survey.
But recently over the last 2-3 months, Pinecone changed their survey format. I used to get a lot of surveys, but now if I’m lucky, I would get one survey every 3 weeks, and even then, most of time, I no longer qualify after going through the process. They didn’t used to have this “qualifying” criteria because they would have these -3001 pre-surveys that determined whether you were what they were looking for. Needless to say, I’m quite disappointed in the changes and the not as user-friendly process.
Agreed! And surveys no longer show up in my account on their site, I have to sift through my email to find invites.
There is a Pinecone app. The surveys are right on the front page. I had no idea they didn’t show up on the website like that anymore, thanks.

I agree, when you get a survey you qualify for, it’s awesome but getting to that point now is a pain. I miss the old format. Other than that, I really used to enjoy taking these surveys.
I came on to read comments to see if others were having issues since they changed also. Glad to hear I am not the only one. It is really frustrating since most take forever to load each page now and then at some point it will say you don’t qualify or it will say you do and then the actual survey never wants to load once you sign in so I give up on half of them. I also do not get their emails nearly as frequently as in the past. I think I have only been paid for 2 in the past month and I used to do about 2-3 per week in the past. I wish they would bring back the old format and use those quick household surveys to qualify you for the real ones.
I too don’t like this new way. In fact I’m unable to login and try to qualify. Customer service has me doing circles trying to login in. I get not authorized to change password, not trying to change that, just trying to login…wish they go back to the old way
I contacted them and told them I wanted to sign up, I hope I get a prompt response. I will let y’all know what happens.
I tired to join. It says I qualify but it keeps taking me back to the questionnaire pages. Is it bc I’m doing it on the phone?
The exact same thing happens to me. Doesn’t matter what browser. It redirects back to the original survey after qualifying.

New format is a total pain, I haven’t been able to complete a survey in weeks and answering questions everytime is beyond annoying, I may be done with pinecone. I liked them because they were one of the few that didn’t do it this way.
I agree with most all the comments on here. I hate the new way. It has really gotten on my nerves. So I haven’t done any surveys in a month. Waist of time when u spend 10 minutes doing the survey and then says you have been knocked out of it because you don’t qualify. I’m just like whatever. If they bring the old way back I might do more again.
