   I am trying to buy 12 backpacks and give them to needy children. However, it is only taking $7 off of my $84 order.

  I also tried and it says the backpacks aren’t eligible for the code.

  Make sure you select extreme value backpacks not city streets. I just tried it and it works for me.

  Maybe it didn’t work because I was using the $10 code for downloading the app. Still a great deal and I only needed 3, so $11 for 3 backpacks and free ship to home. Thanks for posting this deal!

  It appears that the code only works on the “Extreme Value” backpacks and they have the “Buy more and save” code info under the picture on the JCPenney link. The code does not work on the “City Streets” backpacks. In the picture above, only the sports backpack is an Extreme Value, the dogs and the red stripe are City Streets. I ordered 6 for $21 to include in my donation to Operation Home Front Back to School Brigade.

   some of the backpacks aren’t eligible for the code. it will say under the backpack if it can be used with the code
