My sons have used the same High Sierra back packs for the last 2 school years and they are still in great shape. They will be using them again this year because they like them so much. They are teenagers so they have stuffed them to the max and carry heavy loads with no issues.
I got two backpacks for my kids last year and they’re very good quality. I think they’ll last at least a few more years.

Hi my kids have the curve and fat boy style. The curve is a good size but the fat boy is looks big in my small 3rd grader. He doesn’t complain though.

When you look at the page for each backpack, they have the dimensions at the bottom of the item specifications. Also, if you’ve added a few to your cart, view the cart and by each backpack it will have the largest dimension listed as “size”. And if you just want to see a certain size, the smaller ones seem to be cheaper, so you can click on the backpack category then view priced low-to-high and it will show the smaller ones first. These also make great diaper bags! And, “evacuation bags” if you live in an area with disasters. They’re comfortable and practically indestructible (especially if you get the ones that have handles reinforced with metal cables inside the straps) 🙂

I highly recommend these backpacks. I purchased the High Sierra Loop Backpacks last year for both of my kids – they are still in great shape and condition – even after the use my 10 and 13 year old put them through. All zippers, loops and clasps are still in working condition and the fabric has held up wonderfully. Been through the wash twice and still looks new. We had replaced our lands end backpack because the fabric started to rip.

BE AWARE! Here’s why they said the code isn’t working sometimes: All the colors aren’t on sale. 🙁 When you click the link to the sale items, only the colors that are pictured are on sale. If you click the picture, and then click a different color, you’ve wandered outside the sale and the coupon code won’t work.

Thank you Collin , my concern is if I didn’t pay shipping as for this deal do they deduct shipping charges if I returned the item ???(it happens with vs but thankfully I could return it to store ) I don’t know if they do have retail stores near me
My kids got the Fat boy backpacks in 4th grade, and I recommend them. They hold a lot and they held up well.

My daughter’s backpack tore after the first day of school due to the weight of her books, so I am pretty stoked to be able to get her another backpack without the hefty price tag. I just hope this one will work out better and be able to handle the weight of her books.
