How do Bonus Rewards work?
They are different than your normal rewards. Your bonus rewards certificate will be available in your online account within 5 weeks. Simply log in to or create your account at officedepot.com/rewards and click on “View My Rewards Certificates” to view and print your unexpired reward certificates. You can also access your rewards certificates on your smartphone after creating an online account.

Can you roll rewards from last week into an item this week and still get rewards back?
No because if you read the statement up above it explains it takes upto 5 weeks to get your rewards
But I got it the next day. does anyone know if you buy something to get rewards back WITH rewards will you get the rewards.
The new rewards program gives you the rewards the next day and let’s you use them right at the register to pay for whatever you are buying. I’ve been rolling the rewards the last couple weeks and have had no problems at all. It’s been amazing. Works very similar to CVS extra bucks.

FYI I had been rolling the rewards fine for the past couple weeks but yesterday I went and purchased the paper deals and the g2 pen deal with 100 rewards and I paid with my rewards from last week. I got the full rewards back for the paper but only got $2 back for the pens for some reason. So maybe you can’t completely roll the deals….just an FYI. Not sure exactly how they figure it out but you may not get full rewards back if you pay with rewards.
OK Sorry for another comment but I thought it was weird I got the full amount on the paper and not on the pens so I just contacted customer service. They said it was a mistake and would take care of it and gave me a $20 rewards certificate for my troubles! They also said “You can use rewards certificates to pay for purchases that will get you rewards back”. I am so super impressed with Office Depot right now and will be doing all my office/school supply shopping with them.
My ad says the color paper deal is limit 2/per week. Not sure if it’s different in other areas.
FYI…I did the bonus reward offer on a ream of paper a couple weeks ago and was credited the day after it was shipped to me. It was really fast 🙂
If I did the battery deal at Office Depot got my reward back can I use that reward to buy another pack of batteries and get another reward since it’s a max of 2 rewards.

I did and it worked! I did buy a lot of other stuff too so I don’t know if that affects it but I don’t think so.

Can rewards certificates be combined into one large item single purchase?
Yes, their system automatically combines them. If you want to split them up I believe you need to go print them from your account but if you use them at checkout at the store it combined them for me.
Are they still recycling 3 ring binders? If so, are there any 3 ring binders on sale for $2?
