your coupon will work but most likely not the cartwheel if your state has rules. In NJ there is a rule you can’t put milk on sale, so no coupons or sales for milk ever work. If CA has something similar it most likely won’t work (but you can always try!)
Went today to my MI store. Apparently they don’t carry Frigo.
