Same price or better at dollar General if you have a $3/15 survey coupon to use. The Scotts are $5 & save $3 wyb 3 instant savings. total must be $15 after instant savings to use the 3/15. You can add some $1bic pens/ pencils to get the total above $15, use the bic $1/1 coupons also.
My paper towels were not 4.99 but rang up $6.29

The Walgreens coupon says it cannot be be combined with other coupons. Has anyone been able to combine with manufacturer’s coupon?
My Walgreens accepted both no problems.
