lately ive been having issues redeeming in Ibotta..keeps crashing..after i take pic of my receipt the app closes and goes back to home screen..i know they give you free money but lately its not worth me getting frustrated..the app used to be easy to use
I’m getting tired too. Its always crashing or gets stuck in “processing” and I don’t get credit. Such a waste of time trying to contact CS too since they don’t help.
I have been having issues lately also
I had that problem on several occasions also, and in my experience if you reboot your phone and then try again it works (or better yet reboot your phone every time before even attempting to submit a receipt and save yourself any wasted time/effort to begin with).
I love ibotta! I’ve been using it for 3 months and I’m very pleased with it. If someone could use my refferal code, I would be elated! hokrdao.
My Ibotta will only redeem for 75 cents?
That’s because Ibotta rebates vary by user.
Mine is 75ยข, husband and kids all have $1. We have done this deal about every week for the last month – it’s a good one!
I went there today and also snagged 3 boxes of Glad sandwich/snack bags. It is also in the ibotta app. Mine was $1.25 each, redeemable up to 3 per receipt. I also snagged the Nesquik and got the $1 ibotta rebate. Today was the first time I really encountered the crashing issue with the app, but I was able to scan the receipt again and it saved all the items I had already scanned before the crash. Easy peasy. I ended getting $7 from my trip because it qualified me for the monthly bonus too.
