Hi, I’m seeing 22 g….where did you find 27g? I know it’s pretty high but my daughter only gets one a week for a treat….combined with 8g of protein, it could be worse.
Yes, and plain milk has 13g of natural sugar per cup. I wouldn’t expect chocolate milk to have no added sugar so it seems kind of silly to complain.
General statement.
It says 27g on the box. Zoom into the pic. I don’t mind, though. Whole milk has 10g of sugar to begin with. Nothing wrong with a sweet treat every now and then, especially with the other healthy perks. Great value for the price!

I like giving my kids Fairlife chocolate milk – 12g sugar, 13g protein and fewer calories for an 8 oz. cup. Wish they made them in juice box size!
Thanks for the info. I’ve yet to give my son chocolate milk. I bought the vanilla horizon awhile ago and it was 22g. Felt kind of silly for not just going for the chocolate. I will definitely look for this!!
To each their own, but I think real milk from real dairies has served humanity pretty well thus far. I’ll stick with that over Coca Cola’s frankenmilk attempt to trick people into thinking they offer a healthier alternative, i.e. Fairlife.

Thank you for the comments on the sugar. It’s easy to get excited about a good deal but reminders on health help trump that. Organic means little when the sugar content is so high.
