Possibly code can only be used once for free shipping? I decided to place a free order and there is 99c shipping on the second order. Still good price for shipping.
When I only have star wars items the shipping was free but when I added a non-star wars item it charged me for shipping. Maybe that is why it charged you $.99 the second time?
