How did you get that, And where do you find the perks?
They gave every one that used cartwheel a perk because they are ending it. $10 off certain departments. Just open cartwheel and it pops up.

The Cartwheel Perks program was a trial run for only for a few states. Instead of rolling the program out nationally, they decided to kill Perks b/c too many were abusing the earned perk offers. So if you never had Perks, then you won’t get the $10 coupon.
