    Just FYI the Imaginators (the newest ones) are not on sale.

    Good luck trying to get rid of these things when your child outgrows them. The resale/used market is oversaturated and it’s very difficult to trade them in or sell. Most of the gaming stores no longer take them. The only place I found was Amazon Trade-in program for about $1 each, depending on character. Regret spending a small fortune on them. I imagine this is why TRU is selling them for B1G4 free.

      most video games do not have a good resale value. when my kids are finished playing these games i’ll put them away for the toddlers to play with when they come over

    This is a great deal since most of them are on sale! I got 10 of them since it was only to $2 each! Great for Christmas or Easter Basket! My son is older but still likes to collect them.

    I placed an order this morning for 5 supercharger figures and just received an email that my order had been canceled.

    Has anyone had problems ordering from ToysRUS? I had 2 orders cancelled recently. I ordered these and my total was just over $29. They shipped them all separately and have charged me $14 and then $65, without my authorization.

      I waited on the phone for customer service for 30 minutes only to be told “hold on” and then transferred to ToysRUs Canada back to the main menu. I will have to wait all over again.

    I ordered a whole bunch of these with this promo, as well as the Xbox One starter pack. The estimated delivery was 9/11-9/13. I hadn’t even received a shipping confirmation by yesterday, 9/14 and a “pending” for the total was hanging out on my paypal, so I called and the customer service lady was unhelpful and said my order had been suspended. She said they suspend an order if they have trouble with the credit card information etc. I told her it would have been nice to be contacted, especially since it was a birthday gift for someone. She said they send an email and maybe it went to junk mail. Searched through all my emails and nothing. She said that someone would call me the next day and ask for my credit card number over the phone, just so I was aware and didn’t think it was a scam. I told her I wouldn’t be giving anyone my card information over the phone– the transaction was paid through via paypal and was already pending! Today I called in and talked to different, more helpful lady. The order was still there, and still “suspended” for whatever unknown reason. I asked her if she could just cancel the order and place a new one for the same items at the same prices. Since the promotion for the BOGO was over, she had to get multiple authorizations to discount them etc. OVER AN HOUR LATER, we are still on the phone and she says she can place the order but it will be $19 more (mind you the original order was $35 plus tax), and they can’t discount it any more. She would place the order and then I would have to call back in to open a case to try to get a refund for the remaining amount. I told her I wouldn’t do that as I had already spent hours on the phone over this. She again went to a supervisor or “coach” as they call them, but they said they couldn’t do anything so if I want the items, I have to purchase them at the higher price, and open a case to try to get my money back. I told them to cancel the original order and cancel the replacement order and I would buy my birthday gifts elsewhere.
